At Mobile Rehab, we're not just providing in-home care; we're building connections, transforming lives, and setting the benchmark for allied health excellence across South East Queensland. For over 28 years, we've been the strategic partner our community trusts, from the Caboolture to Gold Coast and out to Toowoomba.

We do things a bit differently here. We move with purpose, champion innovation, and genuinely back each other to deliver exceptional, client-centred care every single day.

Forge Your Path in 2026: Join Our Highly Sought-After Graduate Program!

Right now, we’re looking for switched-on, compassionate, and growth-minded Physiotherapy graduates to join our renowned Graduate Program.

This program is ideal for someone who loves making a tangible impact, solving community-based puzzles, and mastering the art of delivering exceptional support to clients in their own homes. You’ll thrive in a dynamic caseload of community-based clients, an exhilarating blend enhanced by home based telehealth days, ensuring every day brings fresh challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.

What Your Journey Will Look Like:

    • Rolling up your sleeves with a diverse community-based caseload, offering invaluable in-home allied health support.
    • Growing through our acclaimed Graduate Development Program, packed with training and comprehensive supervision.
    • Collaborating and connecting during regular team catch-ups, fostering a strong sense of community and shared learning.
    • Mastering your craft with exclusive in-house professional development, guiding you from graduate to accomplished professional.
    • Receiving personalised backing – clinically, operationally, and emotionally – ensuring you always feel supported.
    • Gradually integrating varied caseloads, building your expertise and confidence at a comfortable pace.
    • Championing client-centred care with genuine compassion and a drive to make a real impact in the community.
    • Utilising robust evidence-based practices and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • You're genuinely client-centred and eager to create a significant community-based impact.
    • You've got an autonomous spirit but also love collaborating within a multidisciplinary group.
    • You're curious, open, and keen to grow – not just ticking boxes, but looking for what could be better.

    Vital Requirements:

    • AHPRA Registration or eligibility
    • A recognised tertiary degree in your chosen allied health field.
    • A valid driver's license – you'll be out and about!
    • NDIS Worker Screening Check
    • Police Check or ability to obtain one
    • Up-to-date Vaccinations aligned with current Allied Health Care Worker guidelines.

    Why You’ll Love It Here:

    • We’re in that sweet spot – established enough to have outstanding systems, resources, and a deep legacy, but agile enough that your work truly matters and you’ll gain hands-on experience across a broad range of work that’s hard to come by elsewhere.
    • You’ll be joining a warm, welcoming team who genuinely care about what they do and strive to be the best at it.
    • Enjoy permanent role stability with an amazing work-life balance – no weekends or evenings!
    • Unlock flexible work arrangements after 12 months, fitting your life outside of work.
    • Benefit from competitive compensation with boundless career progression pathways.
    • A company car for work use and a company iPad to help you manage your caseload efficiently.
    • Receive empowering administrative support from a well-equipped office, so you can focus on what you do best.
    • Experience a vibrant, inclusive, innovative, and supportive company culture, complete with engaging social events.
    • We keep it real. We back each other, celebrate wins, own our mistakes, and aim to do better each time. You’ll be supported and mentored every step of the way, doing work you’re proud of.

Ready to make a difference and shape your future?

If you're excited by the thought of a career where your compassion meets purpose, and where every day brings new opportunities to learn and grow, we want to hear from you!
