Comprehensive training and development
At Mobile Rehab, all staff—graduates and experienced clinicians alike—benefit from multiple weekly sessions dedicated to case conferencing, learning, education, and discussion. These sessions are blocked out in all clinicians' calendars at the same time each week, fostering collaboration and ensuring that everyone is continually learning and growing together. This structured, organisation-wide commitment to development is a core part of the Mobile Rehab way and ensures you’ll always have opportunities to expand your skills.
In the graduate program, you’ll receive even more training as part of our rigorous and extremely well-structured and supported program. This includes weekly supervision, observation, and mentoring, with dedicated hours each week to provide the personalised support you need during this transition. You will also participate in Graduate Think Tanks, where you’ll engage in discussions to tackle real-world challenges with your peers and mentors.
All clinicians participate in an Annual Conference Day, where professionals from across the organisation come together to share insights and celebrate achievements. We also invite external industry leaders to speak, offering you the chance to learn from some of the best minds in the field.
A word from your future colleagues
I found the grad program very helpful to make the transition from uni to employment. I was well supported in my new role and loved the connections I made with other grads in the program.
Kristy, Exercise Physiologist
I thoroughly enjoyed the new graduate program. Having a structured program where support was consistently available eased the transition from student to practitioner and enabled me to develop my skills with confidence. The opportunity to shadow members of the multidisciplinary team as well as fellow occupational therapists throughout the program deepened my understanding of the holistic approach to client centred care. Having access to a database of resources that aligned with evidence-based practice ensured that I had a well equipped toolkit for all clinical contexts. I knew that support was one phone call away at any given time and that all questions were encouraged. I felt a part of the team straight away!

Lucy, 2022 graduate Occupational Therapist
“The best thing about being a graduate physiotherapist at Mobile Rehab is that I am exposed to a broad variety of physiotherapy areas on a daily basis. My caseload includes neurological, geriatric, cardiorespiratory, musculoskeletal and orthopaedic clients. I enjoy working across multiple settings and adapting my programs to suit each individual. What drew me to the Mobile Rehab graduate program was it’s award winning reputation. I also really loved the passion and enthusiasm that Helen leads the company with.”
Lauren, UQ graduate 2019 Physiotherapist
“I was really drawn to Mobile Rehab’s model of community care, where each clinician is able to build a strong connection with each client to help them reach their health goals. Furthermore, since joining the team, I’ve come to really appreciate the benefits of working in such a large multidisciplinary team. I would highly recommend Mobile Rehab’s graduate program to any allied health New Grad, the support you’re offered here is second to none, and I’ve never been part of a better working culture”
Jacob, QUT graduate 2019 Exercise Physiologist
