Paving the way for in-home allied health in Queensland
Mobile Rehab’s proud history began in 1996 after Managing Director, Helen Weston, returned from almost a decade of working in and managing allied health teams in the UK and USA.
That experience saw Helen reflect on the lack of in-home services here in Australia. Recognising the value of home based services for Australians, Mobile Rehab has grown from a one-man band to the largest provider of its kind in the country. Today more than 150 staff form this innovative, agile collective - each and every person eager to work with older Australians in a quest to keep these pillars of our community, mobile, engaged, active and well! As an organisation, Mobile Rehab’s commitment has been to ensure our clients receive the support and responsive services they want in the comfort and safety of their own home!
Your Health. Your Home. Your Way.
Our commitment is improving the lives of those we serve.
Mobile Rehab is devoted to ensuring this legacy persists into the future which is why our team not only participates in over 5000 hours each year of training allied health students, but our very own Managing Director, Helen, sits on curriculum boards at several universities, helping to shape the education of future health workers.
