We are now accepting applications for our national award-winning Graduate Program.

Places in our Graduate Program are highly sought-after and competition for placement is high; a reflection on our previous ranking as the # 1 Graduate employer in the health sector Australia-wide.

Mobile Rehab has created a unique workplace culture and environment that makes us stand out and be thought of as an employer of choice. Graduate employees are valued team members and are nurtured through a rich program that includes clinical training, mentoring, development of professional skills and behaviours and career path planning.

Grad Program Application Tips:

Prepare a PDF version of your resume
Applications may be addresses to Helen Weston (Managing Director)
  2 page CVs are ideal
Ensure your referees are notified + contactable (incl. email address)
Start making enquiries to secure professional indemnity insurance (there are often great deals from members of a professional associations)

As you prepare your application think about what will differentiate you from the pool of graduate applicants and make this visible!

Our Managing Director Helen Weston says, "Ultimately a great cultural fit trumps a 7.0 GPA! In addition to a great education we always look for graduates who stand out for other reasons - have they been terrific part-time employees while at Uni? played sport? can sing or dance? have visited their grandparents for a cuppa occasionally? We love a whole person!"

Please remember that registration / accreditation is a vital component of joining the workforce. While the end of the academic year is an exciting and busy time please make sure you commence the registration / accreditation process well before graduation. Your university will provide guidance about timing.

I was fortunate enough to become an employee at Mobile Rehab in March 2018. Having moved interstate for this opportunity, what was at first a daunting thought, quickly changed to excitement when meeting the team and hearing first hand the values and beliefs of Mobile Rehab. The Graduate Program offers extensive support and is delivered through a passionate group of clinicians and support staff. The program provides an abundance of professional development opportunities to enrich your learning journey, within a comfortable and supportive environment. Thanks to Mobile Rehabs Graduate Program, my skills and knowledge as a clinician and allied health professional, continues to grow and adapt every day.”

Erin Coutts, UniSA Graduate 2017 (Exercise Physiologist)

“The best thing about being a graduate physiotherapist at Mobile Rehab is that I am exposed to a broad variety of physiotherapy areas on a daily basis. My caseload includes neurological, geriatric, cardiorespiratory, musculoskeletal and orthopaedic clients. I also enjoy working across multiple settings and adapting my programs to suit each individual and their environment. I’d say that what drew me to the Mobile Rehab graduate program was that it is well established and reputable. I also really loved the passion and enthusiasm that Helen leads the company with."

Lauren Bragg UQ graduate, 2019 (Physiotherapist)
