Support at Home marks an exciting new era for support and health care in your home. We understand that such change brings a lot of new information and potential uncertainty. Please be assured of our unwavering commitment to your care and well-being.

Our Commitment to Quality and Compliance

We are proud to confirm that Mobile Rehab is now an Associated Provider under the new Aged Care Act 2024. As such, we are fully compliant with all the required standards, rules and regulations.

We will work closely with clients and their registered provider to ensure we continue to deliver our services to you at the highest possible standard.

Government’s enhanced commitment to “your choice and independence”

Central to the new Act is client decision making and commitment to respect the choices you make. Your right to choose what services are best for you and who provides these services are enshrined in the new Statement of Rights. Your right to choose your provider is strengthened under the new legislation.

Client-directed care is embedded in our philosophy at Mobile Rehab. We will continue to support clients completely in their choices about their services, personal goals, and preferred providers.

Clinical Care

The new Act places a strong emphasis on managing clinical matters that can jeopardise health and independence. These have been labelled High Risk / High Prevalence matters (“HRHPers”) and include nutrition and hydration, falls and mobility, mental health, cognition and memory, and pain management.

Mobile Rehab services such as Physiotherapy, Dietetics and Remedial Massage have been identified, in the new Act, as playing a critical role in supporting folks to stay healthy and safe in their homes. Mobile Rehab services are designed specifically to align with Support at Home requirements.
