My mother has been receiving exceptional care from Emily, her in-home Occupational Therapist, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From the very beginning, Emily has been compassionate, attentive, and highly skilled in addressing my mother’s unique needs. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to help her maintain her independence and improve her daily living activities, making a noticeable difference in her mobility and confidence. Emily’s patience and expertise have provided my mother with the support she needs to make real progress in her recovery. The convenience of receiving therapy at home has made all the difference for our family. We truly have peace of mind, knowing that my mother is receiving such high-quality care in the comfort of her own home. Thank you, Emily, for your dedication and care.

Frequently asked questions
At Mobile Rehab we believe in our vision to make allied health services more accessible for everyone.
Here you'll find answers to the most commonly asked questions about our services.
Do I need a OT if I only need a couple of rails in my bathroom? Could I pop to Bunnings and pick up a towel rail?
Please no! Although bathroom rails might look simple they need to be safe and secure (this means understanding the building structure and materials) and placed in the correct position to properly support your independence.
Will the OT just prescribe equipment then disappear?
Not at all - OT's will make sure your equipments fits and works for you. In many cases the OT will also work with you to develop additional skills and capabilities - this is called capacity building.
What is AT?
AT stands for Assistive Technology – this broad term can cover anything from simple tools like adaptive cutlery and dressing aids to more advanced equipment such as communication devices and mobility solutions, all designed to support independence and participation in daily activities under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist.
I've never heard of a SIL.
SIL refers to "Supported Independent Living." This is a type of NDIS-funded service that provides individuals with disabilities the necessary support to live as independently as possible.
