Our Commitment to Your Care
With the current fuel crisis impacting transport and logistics across the country, many of our clients and partners are asking how we are managing our mobile services.
At Mobile Rehab, our priority has always been delivering high-quality clinical care exactly where it’s needed. We want to reassure our community that we are not just “managing”—we are adapting. We’ve implemented several strategic measures to ensure our clinicians remain available, our services remain sustainable, and your health goals stay on track.
1. Virtual Health as a Primary Mode of Care
We continue to lead the way in Virtual Health. For many of our clients, digital consultations are now a primary mode of delivery. These sessions offer the same clinical rigor and outcomes as face-to-face visits, ensuring that your rehabilitation continues without interruption, regardless of what is happening at the petrol pump.
2. Optimised Travel & Smarter Logistics
Our team is working harder behind the scenes to streamline our schedules. By refining our routing and clustering appointments geographically, we are reducing time spent on the road. This means our clinicians spend less time in traffic and more time focusing on patient outcomes.
3. Virtual Clinical Support
To keep our vehicles reserved strictly for essential patient travel, we have moved many internal operations online. Clinical support sessions, team meetings, and professional development are now conducted virtually, significantly reducing our total fuel footprint.
4. Strategic Session Planning
Quality over frequency is key. Where appropriate, we are delivering longer, high-impact sessions less frequently. This approach ensures you receive the full therapeutic “dosage” required for your recovery while minimizing the number of trips required.
We Are Here for You
Whether we are seeing you in your home or via a high-definition video link, the standard of care you receive from Mobile Rehab remains world-class. We are proud to be a resilient, adaptive provider that puts patient needs first.
